Matthew Wallace  
President and Chief Executive Officer

With Matthew at the helm, VRSim was named a "2009 Company to Watch" by the Connecticut Technology Council. Prior to joining VRSim, Matthew worked as legal counsel for numerous small businesses. Matthew’s application of a radically new business model has helped VRSim to break the paradigms of traditional technology companies, while remaining cost effective. His business philosophy of creating, rather than just performing a transaction, has given VRSim the upper hand in the virtual reality industry. Matthew is recognized as an industry expert in the practical and cost effective business uses of virtual reality applications and has represented VRSim as a presenter at numerous industry conferences including SHIPTECH 2010 and SNAME (Ship Building). Matthew is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington (BA), Vanderbilt University (MA) and Walter F. George School of Law (JD).


Leslie Solomon
Chief Financial Officer

In addition to leading the financial activities of VRSim, Leslie provides her expertise in strategy development and planning, process and organization management to the company. During her career, Leslie has held senior positions in finance, operations management and corporate development. Leslie has completed close to 100 client engagements, developing and implementing growth and transition plans, and raising debt and equity capital for privately held middle-market companies. Leslie holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an AB from Smith College. She holds the Series 62 and 63 securities license, and the designation of Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).


David Zboray  
Operations Manager
 

As Operations Manager, David helps manage the daily activities of the company, including improving systems, communicating with clients, and working with the development staff.  Under David’s management, VRSim has successfully launched two products. David is a graduate of Fairfield University with a BS in Mathematics. 


Zach Lenker  
Lead Programmer

Zach serves the company as lead software programmer. With more then three years of software development in this field, he has excelled in the execution of products such as the VRTEX 360  and SimSpray™. His programming experience is called on to establish coding and design standards, maintain the integrity of the code base and evaluate software bugs.  Zach is a graduate of Full Sail University, with a BS in Computer Science. 


Yvette Dudac  
Product and Sales Manager

Yvette has over fifteen years of experience in virtual reality programming, integration, and implementation. As sales manager, Yvette led the global adoption of over 100 SimWelder™ systems and has developed an enviable international client list of manufacturing, education and military organizations. In addition to her sales and product management responsibilities, Yvette works closely with customers to identify additional product features. Yvette holds a BS degree in Math & Computer Science, from St. Joseph College.


Rebecca McKnight  
Marketing and Sales

As a member of the sales force, Rebecca works closely with current and potential clients. Rebecca also consults with top level management in the development of VRSim's overall marketing strategy, including communications, public relations and market development. To strengthen VRSim's presence in the trade and industrial training marketplace, Rebecca designs and implements targeted marketing campaigns. Rebecca has a BS in Allied Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology from the University of Connecticut, Storrs campus.
